When fish are added to a new aquarium they will quickly pollute their own water so beneficial bacteria are needed to consume the waste. NT Labs Filter Starter contains a culture of these beneficial bacteria which will in turn provide a healthy environment for your fish.
This aquarium treatment should be added to new tanks to kick start the filter, when adding more fish to you aquarium and when performing regular filter maintenance. NT Labs Filter Starter is supplied with a measuring cap and will treat 500 litres.
