High in stabilised vitamin C, Hikari Staple pond fish food promotes resistance to stress and immunity to infectious disease in your pond fish. This is a floating pond fish food and will not cloud the pond water, allowing you to easily monitor and adjust the amount of food to avoid over-feeding your koi.
Hikari Staple pond fish food includes all the nutrition your goldfish or koi need to grow strong and look their best. To enhance the colouration of your koi carp, supplement daily feeding with Hikari Gold mini pellet pond fish food. When the water temperature of your fish pond is 10 degrees or above, feed this Hikari pond fish food two to four times daily. Higher temperatures cause more fish activity, requiring more food. It is advisable to only feed as much of this pond fish food as your fish will eat in a few minutes, removing any left over food from the pond when possible.
