Replacement filter media for the range of internal filters made by Tetra. These replacement filter foams for the Tetratec IN range are easy to install when the old foams become old. These filter foams will not only clean the particles from the water but also grow a colony of good bacteria to feed on the fish waste, this will leave your water not only sparkling but also free from the fish waste pollutants you cannot see.
If cleaning your old foams be sure to do this only in water taken from the aquarium, never in tap water! The chlorine in tap water will kill these beneficial filter bacteria, for the same reason never replace all the foams at one time.
